This lovely cosy cottage over looking the beautiful countryside has ample parking beside the cottage.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. Each room has a double bed and the larger room has an extra single bed and cot. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and power shower over the bath. Duvets and pillows are provided guests bring their own bed linen and towels.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge. Dining room has table and chairs. Cool, walk in larder, washing machine.
The
lounge has colour TV and open fire for cooler evenings. Altogether
there are 4 storage heaters and electric heaters in all other rooms.
There is a £1 coin meter for electricity. Downstairs toilet.
Our water supply is natural spring water and the cottage has it's own filtration and treatment unit. Small lawn garden with picnic table and chairs.
Five minutes walk from this cottage across our fields overlooks Putsborough and Woolacombe sandy beach. On a clear evening the sun can be seen setting into the western sky.

Local golf courses including Saunton are close by.
The cottage sleeps 7. Let Sat - Sat
