Cancellations received within four weeks of the booked period will be liable for the full amount of your booking. We would always advise you to take holiday insurance to help cover these eventualities.

Access on your day of arrival is from 5pm (please contact us if you require earlier and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs where possible. Departure on your final morning is 9:30am.
We always ask our guests to take good care of the property and contents, leaving it as you found it, clean and tidy. It always helps if any maintenance issues are highlighted so they can be dealt with whilst we deep clean and prepare the cottages for our next guests.  

‍Insurance Please ensure that all visitors over and above those booked are pre-agreed with us, prior to arrival. Failure to do so will impact on your safety and rights of occupation.  

Activities that cause unreasonable damage, noise or disturbance will be charged for and will be payable prior to departure.

Pets, due to us being a working sheep farm, we regret that we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
